Intention: Day 26

Here we are. No, seriously. Here. We. Are.

You clicked to open this message. I now have something like 3 seconds to get your attention before you hit delete, or unsubscribe. Our attention spans are at an all time low. So I ask you. Stay. Linger. Read on.

Take a few moments to be right where you are. Push the pause button. Look around you. Take it in…all in. Spend a few minutes to be right where you are. To be alive in the only moment that you can actually be alive…this one. The one where you’re taking a deep breath and feeling the breath. The moment that finds you in a messy room. Or a noisy place. Or a space where the temperature is not exactly what you desire. Practice being here. Practice living the life you came here to live.

Today’s meditation will ask you to pause, and notice what the current moment holds. Do this meditation sitting, standing or lying down. But more importantly, take it with you wherever you go. Practice being in the moments of your life with the presence of a mountain.
