You are not broken. Your knees are not bad. You are not too anything. If you are breathing, there is more that is right with you than wrong. The first step to building a more loving relationship with yourself, is starting with the way you talk to, and about yourself. Let’s start today.
Today, start by noticing how well you are breathing. You’re a really good breather. A world class breather! Notice how great your heart is at beating. All. The. Time. It’s a world class heart. Your bones are doing a great job of holding you up, your muscles are so good at moving. Your eyes blink, your taste buds taste, your kidneys filter, your ears hear.
You are a miracle.
So how about spending the rest of today seeking to feel into something that is sacred. Today’s meditation will get you started.
