Picture hundreds of yoga mats stretched across the turf at Rice-Eccles Stadium - the Wasatch peaks glowing in the late morning sun, music drifting through the open air, and the entire Salt Lake yoga community moving as one.
Namastadium is more than a yoga class. It's a movement - bringing people together to make yoga accessible to those who need it most.
Then we move the party to the incredible Ken Garff Scholarship Club for a community celebration and fundraiser. Featuring:

This event is for everyone — that's why we kept the price at just $8. But if you're feeling good vibes, grab some raffle tickets and help us take Yoga Forward's impact to the next level.

Inside Utah's state penitentiaries, they bring yoga classes and teacher training to men and women who are finding new strength, focus, and hope through their practice.
For those living with cancer, Yoga Forward offers healing retreats that provide a gentle escape from the demands of treatment — a space to breathe, restore, and simply be.
At the heart of everything Yoga Forward does is a simple but profound belief: that yoga has the power to reach anyone, no matter where they are in life. Their mission is to lift up those who are struggling most, and to offer them what so many of us take for granted: a moment of peace, a sense of hope, and the beginning of something new.
