Muladhara: The Root Chakra
The Big Island is the Root Chakra of the Hawaiian Islands. Its Southern tip is the Southernmost point in the entire US. It’s considered the sacred place in Hawaii where love and transformation happen…just by being there!
In Yoga philosophy, the base of our chakra system is Muladhara. When we are balanced here, we are grounded in self-care and body-care, we nourish ourselves well, we take care of Mother Earth, and our living spaces.
The Hawaiian legend holds that intentions formed on Hawaii are greatly magnified because of the magical vortex energy of the island. Join us as we look deeply at what it means to be grounded in Resilience, Courage, Self-Knowledge, Community, and Presence. We will return home with a deeper connection to our lives.
From this grounded place, anything is possible in 2020!
